This is a statement piece. As global warming shrinks their environment, the animals of the arctic are at risk. This piece shows the animals at the fringe of what once was a vast wonderland for them all.

About Susan Bruner

Susan Bruner

Susan Bruner is a self-taught artist in Ontario who has been selling paintings over the past 50 years. Her passion for art has allowed her to explore eclectic subject matter in various mediums including oils and acrylic to bring her style to life. Newer paintings now include abstract, statement and portraiture. Most of her work can be found in private collections in Ontario. Her first painting was sold in 1967 to the Mayor of East York, part of Toronto and hung in her office for many years. Recently some of her work has been finding its way into the hands of celebrities via the gift lounges at the Academy Awards, the Emmys and the Canadian Country Music Awards.
